Directions from the North West
Route 1. Taking the A449
On the A49, from Shrewsbury go through Ludlow to Leominster. From Leominster, take the A44 towards Worcester and Bromyard. After approx 13 miles you will by-pass Bromyard town centre; as you leave the 40 mph limit, you will start to climb and after 1 mile, turn on to the B4220 (direction Malvern).
After approx 4 miles, you will come to the hamlet of Acton Green where there is a crossroads. Continue towards Malvern and we are approx 400 yards on the right hand side, where you will see our signboard.
Turn by the sign and go down the drive to the main house and cottages. Please park on the right and check in at Reception in the building to your right (if we are not there, please enquire at the main house, front door). We will then take you to your cottage and show you where to park for the duration of your holiday.
Route 2. From M5 Junction 7
Leave the M5 at Junction 7. Initially follow A44 and sign for the City centre.
After ¼ mile you will come to a roundabout at the start of the Worcester ring road.
Turn left (A4440) towards Hereford.
Continue on the A4440, over 4 more roundabouts (approx 3 miles), then at next roundabout turn left towards Hereford (A4103). Continue for about 8 miles and you will come to a steep hill going up with a crawler/overtaking lane about .5 mile long.
Continue up the hill.
** As soon as possible, pull into the overtaking lane and at the top of the hill, turn right onto the B4220 (direction Bromyard). After 2 miles, you will see our signboard on your left. Turn left by the sign. (If you get to Acton Green crossroads on the B4220 you will have overshot by ¼ mile).
Go down the drive to the main house and cottages. Please park on the right and check in at Reception in the building to your right (if we are not there, please enquire at the main house, front door). We will then take you to your cottage and show you where to park for the duration of your holiday.
Directions from SW
Route 1.
From M5 Junction 12, take the A38 into Gloucester, then follow the A417 to Ledbury. Go through Ledbury, taking the B4214 out of the town. This becomes the B4220 through Bosbury and Cradley. Go to the end of the B4220, to the T-junction with A4103.
Turn left (direction Hereford) and immediately climb a steep hill with a climbing lane about .5 mile long. Continue up the hill.
