Unique in style with 6 ensuite Bedrooms, completed in 2008 and already a favourite group holiday destination, sometimes combined with one or two other cottages.
All ground floor rooms have stone flagged flooring and zoned under-floor heating. The ground floor is fully accessible throughout, with 2 bedrooms having ensuite wet-rooms.
WiFi (Wireless Internet) access

Bedrooms
Upstairs - 4 ensuite Bedrooms, carpeted and with radiators. All have hand-made furnishings, mahogany furniture and posture-sprung Slumberland beds.
2 King Bedrooms have carved 4-poster beds and ensuite Bathrooms with bath and separate thermostatically controlled showers.
2 Twin Bedrooms have ensuite Bathrooms with bath and thermostatically controlled shower over the bath. Beds can be zip-and-linked to form Super-king Beds.
Downstairs - 2 Twin ensuite Bedrooms are both fully wheelchair accessible, each having level access Shower Rooms with thermostatically controlled showers. Beds cannot be linked.
Kitchen
The Farmhouse Kitchen has a full range of ash kitchen units with granite worktops, a stainless steel electric cooker range and splashback, American fridge-freezer and integral washer-drier and dishwasher.
NB. When 2 or more cottages are booked together and the total number of guests is greater than 12, we will open a second kitchen for your use, thus doubling your storage space and appliances. (For this there will be an additional charge of £50 to cover extra cleaning and running costs).
Lounge
The Lounge has hand-built sofas seating 20 people, 42" HD Ready plasma screen TV with integral Freeview and radio; DVD/CD, a Swedish woodburning stove and scatter rugs.
Dining Room
The Dining Room is a stunning oak-framed, glass-walled room overlooking the garden and surrounding countryside. It seats up to 20 people around a solid oak table and has direct access onto the patio and gardens.
Cloakroom
There is a Cloakroom with toilet and washbasin downstairs.
Outside
The entire Farmhouse Gardens are accessible via a ramp and laid to lawn and shrubs. There is a huge patio with tables, chairs, BBQ and 2 HOT TUBS each seating 4-5 people, for the exclusive use of adult Farmhouse guests. Sports towels are supplied.
The approach to the front door from outside is level, without steps or ramps; you can stop at the front door to load and unload onto a solid pathway and then park on the gravel by the cottage.
Please Note: Dogs are permitted in The Farmhouse at our discretion only - please ask.
